HOW TO APPLY
APPLICATION STAGE
Send us your application — we will go through it carefully. We review your educational and professional background as well as the additional information you provide in your cover letter about what interests you in us. That’s why it’s a good idea to clearly explain your own situation in the application: what motivates you, and what excites you about 2NS as a company.
FIRST INTERVIEW
If your profile matches the role, we will invite you to a Teams meeting. You will meet our recruitment coordinator and possibly your potential future manager. In this discussion, we will tell you more about 2NS as a company, our working culture, and the open position. The main focus will be on your background and skills, so that both sides gain a clear understanding of how well your expertise fits the role.
POSSIBLE ASSIGNMENT
For technical roles, we may give you homework to complete between the first and second interview. For positions in project management and information security leadership consulting, we move directly to a skills interview instead.
SECOND INTERVIEW
In the second meeting, we’ll dive deeper into the role itself and the skills it requires. The discussion lasts about 1.5 hours. You’ll always meet one or more of your future teammates at this stage, so you’ll have the chance to get to know us better during the recruitment process.
REFERENCE CHECK
We always check references from previous work. Ideally, the reference should be a manager from your most recent position.
FINAL STEP
In the final stage, we either arrange a broader meeting with your future team or proceed to discuss the terms of employment. We go through our salary system, the role’s level of responsibility, and our offer based on your personal skills and experience. The offer is always based on the overall impression of your abilities and experience formed during the recruitment process.
