Open source intelligence

Open source intelligence (OSINT) is used to identify information security risks related to public information. In some cases, public information can be exploited in attacks, but threats can be minimized when risks have been prepared for.

In the OSINT service, we gather publicly available information which is then used to analyze whether the said information could be misused and how the organization can prepare for attempted misuses of the information. In the open source intelligence service the target can be, for example, the entire organization or key personnel, depending on the customer’s circumstances and needs.

The OSINT service is designed together with the customer and is carefully limited to concern information that is critical to the organization.
